وَعَن عبيدِ الله بنِ مِحْصَنٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ: «مَنْ أَصْبَحَ مِنْكُمْ آمِنًا فِي سِرْبِهِ مُعَافًى فِي جَسَدِهِ عِنْدَهُ قُوتُ يَوْمِهِ فَكَأَنَّمَا حِيزَتْ لَهُ الدُّنْيَا». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported that some people from the Ansar asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) for something, and he gave them. Then they asked again, and he gave them, until all he had was exhausted. Then he said: "Whatever good I have, I will not withhold from you. Whoever seeks self-sufficiency, Allah will make him self-sufficient; whoever seeks patience, Allah will give him patience; and whoever seeks to be independent, Allah will make him independent. No one has been given a gift better and more encompassing than patience." Agreed upon.
اردو ترجمہ
عبید اللہ بن محصن رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”تم میں سے جو شخص اس حال میں صبح کرے کہ اسے اپنے اہل و عیال کے متعلق کوئی خطرہ نہ ہو اور وہ تندرست ہو، اور اس کے پاس ایک دن کا کھانا موجود ہو تو گویا اس کے لیے تمام اطراف سے دنیا جمع کر دی گئی۔“ترمذی، اور فرمایا: یہ حدیث غریب ہے۔ اسنادہ حسن، رواہ الترمذی۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب الرقاق/حدیث: 5191]
