وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ رِزْقَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ قُوتًا»وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ «كفافا». مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "Woe to you from gold and silver! Woe to you from gold and silver! Woe to you from al-Hamil (flowing abundance)!" — repeating each thrice. They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what kind of wealth should we then acquire?" He said: "A tongue that remembers Allah, a heart that is grateful, and a believing wife who helps one of you in matters of his religion." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah.
اردو ترجمہ
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دعا فرمائی:”اے اللہ! آل محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو صرف اتنا رزق عطا فرما کہ ان کے جسم و جان کا رشتہ برقرار رہ سکے۔“متفق علیہ۔ ایک دوسری روایت میں ہے:”بقدر کفاف“(گزارہ لائق روزی عطا فرما)[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب الرقاق/حدیث: 5164]
