وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِحْدَى أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِصَحْفَةٍ فِيهَا طَعَامٌ فَضَرَبَتِ الَّتِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْتِهَا يَدَ الْخَادِمِ فَسَقَطَتِ الصَّحْفَةُ فَانْفَلَقَتْ فَجَمَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِلَقَ الصَّحْفَةِ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ يَجْمَعُ فِيهَا الطَّعَامَ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي الصَّحْفَةِ وَيَقُولُ: «غَارَتْ أُمُّكُمْ» ثُمَّ حَبَسَ الْخَادِمَ حَتَّى أُتِيَ بِصَحْفَةٍ مِنْ عِنْدِ الَّتِي هُوَ فِي بَيْتُهَا فَدَفَعَ الصَّحْفَةَ الصَّحِيحَةَ إِلَى الَّتِي كُسِرَتْ صَحْفَتُهَا وَأَمْسَكَ الْمَكْسُورَةَ فِي بَيْتِ الَّتِي كَسَرَتْ. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Anas said that when the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was with one of his wives one of the mothers of the faithful sent a bowl containing food and the one in whose house he was struck the servant’s hand with the result that the bowl fell and was broken in pieces. The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) collected the pieces of the bowl, then began to collect in it the food it had contained, saying, “Your mother is jealous.” He then detained the servant till a bowl was produced by the one in whose house he was, gave the sound bowl to the one whose bowl had been broken and kept the broken one in the house of the one who broke it. Bukhari transmitted it.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اپنی کسی زوجہ مطہرہ کے ہاں تشریف فرما تھے۔ اُمّ المؤمنین میں سے ایک نے کھانے کا پیالہ بھیجا۔ جن کے گھر آپ تشریف فرما تھے انہوں نے خادم کے ہاتھ پر مارا تو پیالہ گر کر ٹوٹ گیا۔ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے پیالے کے ٹکڑے جمع کیے، پھر اس میں کھانا جمع کرنے لگے اور فرماتے جاتے: تمہاری ماں کو غیرت آ گئی۔ پھر خادم کو روکے رکھا یہاں تک کہ جن کے گھر آپ تھے ان کی طرف سے صحیح پیالہ لایا گیا۔ صحیح پیالہ اس کو دیا جس کا پیالہ توڑا گیا تھا اور ٹوٹا ہوا اس کے گھر رکھ لیا جس نے توڑا تھا۔ (بخاری)
