وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَلَّ هُوَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فَنَحَرُوا الْهَدْىَ وَحَلَقُوا رُءُوسَهُمْ وَحَلُّوا مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفُوا بِالْبَيْتِ وَقَبْلَ أَنْ يَصِلَ إِلَيْهِ الْهَدْىُ ثُمَّ لَمْ يُعْلَمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ وَلاَ مِمَّنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ أَنْ يَقْضُوا شَيْئًا وَلاَ يَعُودُوا لِشَىْءٍ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and his companions came out of ihram at al-Hudaybiya and sacrificed their animals and shaved their heads and came out of ihram completely before they had done tawaf of the House and before the sacrificial animals had reached it. It is not known that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ordered anyone among his companions or anyone with him to make up for anything.
اردو ترجمہ
امام مالک کو یہ روایت پہنچی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اور آپ کے صحابہ حدیبیہ میں حلال ہوئے تو قربانیاں کیں اور سر منڈوائے اور ہر چیز سے حلال ہو گئے بیت اللہ کا طواف کرنے سے پہلے اور قربانی وہاں پہنچنے سے پہلے۔ پھر معلوم نہیں ہوا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اپنے کسی ساتھی کو قضا کا حکم دیا ہو۔
