وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ حَتَّى غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ . قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَحَدِيثُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتٍ أَحَبُّ مَا سَمِعْتُ إِلَىَّ فِي صَلاَةِ الْخَوْفِ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya (upon him be peace) related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that Said ibn al-Musayyab said, "The Beloved Messenger of Allah did not pray dhuhr and asr on the day of the Trench until after the sun had set." Malik said, "The hadith of al- Qasim ibn Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) from Salih (upon him be peace) ibn Khawwat is the one I like most out of what I have heard about the fear prayer."
اردو ترجمہ
سعید بن مسیب سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ظہر اور عصر کی نماز نہیں پڑھی جنگ خندق میں یہاں تک کہ ڈوب گیا آفتاب۔
