981 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ، فَقَالَ: إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade mukhabarah (a form of sharecropping), muhaqalah (selling crops still in the field for grain), muzabanah (selling fresh dates on the palm tree for dried dates by measure), and selling fruits before they become ripe. He said: "They should not be sold except for dinars or dirhams, except for araya (selling small amounts of dates on the tree for dried dates)."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ ایک شخص (حبان بن منقد) نے نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے عرض کیا کہ وہ اکثر خرید و فروخت میں دھوکہ کھا جاتے ہیں، اس پر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ان سے فرمایا:”جب تم کسی چیز کی خرید و فروخت کرو تو یوں کہہ دیا کرو کہ بھائی دھوکہ اور فریب کا کام نہیں۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب البيوع/حدیث: 981]
