1756 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِنَّ اللهَ يَغَارُ، وَغَيْرَةُ اللهِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْمُؤْمِنُ مَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "A servant committed a sin and said: 'O Lord, I have sinned, so forgive me.' His Lord said: 'Does My servant know that he has a Lord who forgives sins and takes account of them? I have forgiven My servant.' Then some time passed and the servant sinned again and said: 'O Lord, I have sinned again, so forgive me.' His Lord said: 'Does My servant know that he has a Lord who forgives sins and takes account of them? I have forgiven My servant.' Then some time passed and the servant sinned again and said: 'O Lord, I have sinned again, so forgive me.' His Lord said: 'Does My servant know that he has a Lord who forgives sins and takes account of them? I have forgiven My servant' — three times — 'Let him do what he wills.'"
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”اللہ تعالیٰ کو غیرت آتی ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ کو غیرت اس وقت آتی ہے جب بندہ مومن وہ کام کرے جسے اللہ نے حرام کیا ہے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب التوبة/حدیث: 1756]
