1088 صحيح حديث عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً عَضَّ يَدَ رَجُل، فَنَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فَمِهِ فَوَقَعَتْ ثَنِيَّتَاهُ فَاخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ لاَ دِيَةَ لَكَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever says 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shay'in qadir' (There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner; His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things) one hundred times a day, it will be equivalent for him to freeing ten slaves, one hundred good deeds will be written for him, one hundred sins will be erased, and it will be a protection for him from the Shaytan until evening. No one will have done anything better than him except someone who did more than he did."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ ایک شخص نے ایک شخص کے ہاتھ پر دانت سے کاٹا تو اس نے اپنا ہاتھ کاٹنے والے کے منہ میں سے کھینچ لیا جس سے اس (کاٹنے والے) کے آگے کے دو دانت ٹوٹ گئے، پھر دونوں اپنا جھگڑا نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس لائے تو آنسیدناصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:«يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ، لَا دِيَةَ لَهُ»”تم اپنے ہی بھائی کو اس طرح دانت سے کاٹتے ہو جیسے اونٹ کاٹتا ہے، تمہیں دیت نہیں ملے گی۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب القسامة/حدیث: 1088]
