عَنْسُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، أَنَّرَجُلاحَدَّثَهُ، قَالَ: قِيلَلِعُبَيْدٍمَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: هَلْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَأْمُرُ بِصَلاةٍ غَيْرِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ؟ قَالَ:" بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ".
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "May Allah have mercy on a man who wakes up at night and prays, and then wakes his wife, and if she refuses, he sprinkles water on her face. And may Allah have mercy on a woman who wakes up at night and prays, and then wakes her husband, and if he refuses, she sprinkles water on his face."
اردو ترجمہ
سلیمان تیمی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا کہ ایک آدمی نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے غلام عبید سے کہا گیا: کیا رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمفرض نماز کے علاوہ کسی نماز کا حکم دیتے تھے؟ کہا: ہاں، مغرب اور عشاء کے درمیان۔[مسند عبدالله بن مبارك/حدیث: 66]
