حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَا أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَى عَبْدٍ نِعْمَةً فَقَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ . إِلاَّ كَانَ الَّذِي أَعْطَاهُ أَفْضَلَ مِمَّا أَخَذَ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that :the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'Allah does not bestow a blessing upon any slave and he says: 'Al-hamdu Lillah (praise is to Allah),' except that what he gives (the praise) is better than what he received (the blessing)
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندے پر کوئی نعمت نازل فرماتا ہے، اور وہ «الحمدللہ» کہتا ہے تو اس نے جو دیا وہ اس چیز سے افضل ہے جو اس نے لیا ۱؎۔
