حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ الْحَلاَلِ وَالْحَرَامِ الدُّفُّ وَالصَّوْتُ فِي النِّكَاحِ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hadrat Muhammad bin Hatib (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:“What differentiates between the lawful and the unlawful is (beating) the Daff and raising the voices (in song) at the time of marriage.”
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت محمد بن حاطب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: حلال اور حرام میں فرق یہ ہے کہ نکاح میں دف بجایا جائے، اور اس کا اعلان کیا جائے ۱؎۔
