أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ «سَجَدْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْشَقَّتْ وَاقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that when Allah granted victory to His Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) over Makkah, he stood among the people, praised Allah and extolled Him, then said: «Indeed, Allah restrained the elephants from Makkah and gave authority to His Messenger and the believers over it. Indeed, it was not permissible for anyone before me, and it will not be permissible for anyone after me. It was only made permissible for me for an hour of a day. It is sacred by the sanctity of Allah until the Day of Resurrection. Its thorns must not be cut, its game must not be chased, its lost property must not be picked up except by one who will announce it, and its grass must not be cut.» Al-Abbas said: Except al-Idhkhir (a type of grass), for it is for our goldsmiths and our houses. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: «Except al-Idhkhir.»
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ جب اللہ نے اپنے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو مکہ پر فتح عطا کی تو آپ لوگوں کے درمیان کھڑے ہوئے، اللہ کی تعریف اور ثناء کی، پھر فرمایا: «اللہ نے ہاتھیوں کو مکہ سے روکا اور اس پر اپنے رسول اور مومنوں کو اختیار دیا۔ یہ مجھ سے پہلے کسی کے لیے حلال نہیں تھا اور میرے بعد کسی کے لیے حلال نہیں ہوگا۔ یہ مجھے صرف دن کی ایک گھڑی کے لیے حلال کیا گیا۔ یہ قیامت تک اللہ کی حرمت سے حرام ہے۔ اس کے کانٹے نہ کاٹے جائیں، اس کا شکار نہ بھگایا جائے، اس کی گری ہوئی چیز نہ اٹھائی جائے مگر وہ جو اس کا اعلان کرے، اور اس کی گھاس نہ کاٹی جائے۔» عباس نے کہا: سوائے اذخر کے، کیونکہ یہ ہمارے سناروں اور ہمارے گھروں کے لیے ہے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: «سوائے اذخر کے۔»
