أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى ثَقِيفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَشَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ السِّتَارَةَ وَالنَّاسُ صُفُوفٌ خَلْفَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ «أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنْ مُبَشِّرَاتِ النُّبُوَّةِ إِلَّا الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الْمُسْلِمُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ» ثُمَّ قَالَ «أَلَا إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنْ أَقْرَأَ رَاكِعًا وَسَاجِدًا أَمَّا الرُّكُوعُ فَعَظِّمُوا فِيهِ الرَّبَّ وَأَمَّا السُّجُودُ فَاجْتَهِدُوا فِي الدُّعَاءِ فَقَمِنٌ أَنْ يُسْتَجَابُ لَكُمْ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ishaq ibn Ibrahim, the mawla of Thaqif, informed us, saying: Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, saying: Sufyan informed us from Sulayman ibn Suhaym from Ibrahim ibn Abd Allah ibn Ma'bad from his father from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) lifted the curtain while the people were in rows behind Abu Bakr, and said: 'O people, nothing remains of the glad tidings of prophethood except the righteous dream that a Muslim sees or is seen for him.' Then he said: 'Indeed, I have been forbidden from reciting while bowing or prostrating. As for the bowing, glorify the Lord therein, and as for the prostration, exert yourselves in supplication, for it is more likely to be answered for you.'
