Hadrat Abdullah ibn Salam (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated — while we were sitting in the mosque on Friday — he said: "The greatest day of this world is Friday. On it Adam was created, and on it the Hour will be established. The most honoured of Allah's creation before Allah is Abu al-Qasim (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)." I said: "May Allah have mercy on you, what about the angels?" He looked at me, laughed, and said: "O nephew, do you know what the angels are? The angels are a creation like the creation of the heavens, the earth, the winds, the clouds, and the rest of creation that does not disobey Allah in anything. Paradise is in the heaven and the Fire is in the earth. On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will resurrect the creation, nation by nation and prophet by prophet, until Ahmad and his Ummah are the last of the nations to be assembled. He will stand and his Ummah — the righteous and the sinful — will follow him. Then the bridge over Hell will be placed and they will take the bridge. Allah will blind the eyes of His enemies, and they will tumble into it from left and right, while the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and the righteous with him will be saved. The angels will receive them and show them their abodes in Paradise — 'on your right, on your left' — until he reaches his Lord the Exalted, and a chair will be placed for him on the right side of Allah the Exalted. Then a caller will call: 'Where is 'Isa and his Ummah?' He will stand and his Ummah will follow him — the righteous and the sinful. They will take the bridge, and Allah will blind the eyes of His enemies and they will tumble into it from left and right, while the Prophet and the righteous with him will be saved. The angels will receive them and show them their abodes in Paradise — 'on your right, on your left' — until he reaches his Lord and a chair will be placed for him on the other side. Then the prophets and nations will follow, until the last of them is Nuh — may Allah have mercy on Nuh." This hadith has a sound chain of narration and they did not record it.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن سلام رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے — ہم جمعے کے دن مسجد میں بیٹھے تھے — انہوں نے فرمایا: «دنیا کے سب سے عظیم دنوں میں سے جمعہ کا دن ہے۔ اس میں آدم پیدا کیے گئے اور اس میں قیامت قائم ہوگی۔ اللہ کی مخلوق میں اللہ کے نزدیک سب سے معزز ابو القاسم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہیں۔» میں نے کہا: اللہ آپ پر رحم فرمائے، فرشتوں کا کیا مقام ہے؟ انہوں نے میری طرف دیکھا اور ہنسے اور فرمایا: «بھتیجے! کیا تم جانتے ہو فرشتے کیا ہیں؟ فرشتے ایک مخلوق ہیں جیسے آسمان، زمین، ہواؤں، بادلوں اور باقی مخلوق کی تخلیق ہے جو اللہ کی کسی بات میں نافرمانی نہیں کرتی۔ جنت آسمان میں ہے اور جہنم زمین میں ہے۔ جب قیامت کا دن ہوگا تو اللہ مخلوق کو امت امت اور نبی نبی اٹھائے گا، یہاں تک کہ احمد اور اُن کی امت سب سے آخری امت ہوگی۔ آپ کھڑے ہوں گے اور آپ کی امت — نیک اور بدکار — آپ کے پیچھے ہوگی۔ پھر جہنم پر پُل رکھا جائے گا اور وہ پُل سے گزریں گے۔ اللہ اپنے دشمنوں کی آنکھیں اندھی کر دے گا اور وہ دائیں بائیں سے جہنم میں گریں گے جبکہ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اور آپ کے ساتھ نیک لوگ نجات پائیں گے۔ فرشتے اُن کا استقبال کریں گے اور جنت میں اُن کی منزلیں دکھائیں گے — تمہاری دائیں، تمہاری بائیں — یہاں تک کہ آپ اپنے رب تک پہنچیں گے اور آپ کے لیے اللہ تعالیٰ کے دائیں جانب کرسی رکھی جائے گی۔ پھر ایک پکارنے والا پکارے گا: عیسیٰ اور اُن کی امت کہاں ہے؟ وہ کھڑے ہوں گے اور اُن کی امت — نیک اور بدکار — اُن کے پیچھے ہوگی۔ وہ پُل سے گزریں گے اور اللہ اپنے دشمنوں کی آنکھیں اندھی کر دے گا اور وہ دائیں بائیں سے جہنم میں گریں گے جبکہ نبی اور نیک لوگ نجات پائیں گے۔ فرشتے اُن کا استقبال کریں گے اور جنت میں اُن کی منزلیں دکھائیں گے — تمہاری دائیں، تمہاری بائیں — یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے رب تک پہنچیں گے اور دوسری جانب اُن کے لیے کرسی رکھی جائے گی۔ پھر انبیاء اور امتیں آئیں گی یہاں تک کہ آخر میں نوح ہوں گے — اللہ نوح پر رحم فرمائے۔» یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اور انہوں نے اسے روایت نہیں کیا۔
