أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَلِيمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدَانُ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ أَبِي سَهْلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي مُسَّةُ الْأَزْدِيَّةُ قَالَتْ حَجَجْتُ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَقُلْتُ يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنَّ سَمُرَةَ بْنَ جُنْدُبٍ يَأْمُرُ النِّسَاءَ يَقْضِينَ صَلَاةَ الْحَيْضِ فَقَالَتْ «لَا يَقْضِينَ كَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ تَقْعُدُ فِي النِّفَاسِ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً لَا يَأْمُرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِقَضَاءِ صَلَاةِ النِّفَاسِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Al-Hasan ibn Halim al-Marwazi informed us... from Mussah al-Azdiyyah who said: I performed Hajj and entered upon Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be well pleased with her). I submitted: "O Mother of the Believers, Hadrat Samurah ibn Jundub (may Allah be well pleased with him) commands women to make up the prayers (missed during) menstruation." She said: "They do not make them up. The wives of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would sit (abstaining from prayer) during post-natal bleeding (nifas) for forty nights, and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would not command them to make up the prayers of nifas."
اردو ترجمہ
مسہ الازدیہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے حج کیا اور اُمّ المؤمنین حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی۔ میں نے عرض کیا: "اے ام المؤمنین! حضرت سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ عورتوں کو حکم دیتے ہیں کہ حیض کی نمازیں قضا کریں۔" فرمایا: "قضا نہیں کریں گی۔ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ازواج مطہرات نفاس میں چالیس رات بیٹھتی تھیں اور حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم انہیں نفاس کی نماز قضا کرنے کا حکم نہیں فرماتے تھے۔"
