انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: 'Young women, secluded women, and menstruating women should come out and attend the gatherings of goodness and the supplications of the Muslims, but menstruating women should stay away from the prayer area.' Someone asked: 'Even menstruating women?' Umm Atiyyah replied: 'Do menstruating women not attend Arafah and other such occasions?'"
اردو ترجمہ
سیدہ ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہمیں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے سنا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جوان عورتیں اور پردہ نشین اور حائضہ عورتیں باہر نکلیں اور (مجالس) خیر میں اور مسلمانوں کی دعا میں حاضر ہوں اور حائضہ عورتیں نماز کی جگہ سے علیحدہ رہیں۔“پوچھا گیا کیا حائضہ عورتیں (بھی شریک ہوں)؟ تو سیدہ ام عطیہ بولیں کیا حائضہ عورتیں عرفہ میں فلاں فلاں کام میں حاضر نہیں ہوتیں؟[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 218]
