The Mother of the Believers, Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), also said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to recite this over a sick person: "In the name of Allah! This is the soil of our earth and the saliva of one of us; our sick one will be healed by the command of our Lord."

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا ہی نے کہا کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلممریض پر یہ پڑھا کرتے تھے:”بسم اللہ! یہ ہماری زمین کی مٹی اور ہمیں سے کسی کا تھوک ہے، ہمارے بیمار کو ہمارے پروردگار کے حکم سے شفاء ہو جائے گی۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1977]
