انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Jubayr ibn Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) reciting Surah at-Tur in the Maghrib prayer, and when he (peace be upon him) reached this verse: "Were they created by nothing, or are they the creators (of themselves)? Or did they create the heavens and the earth? (No,) rather they have no certainty. Or do they possess the treasures of your Lord, or are they the controllers (of those treasures, to give or withhold to whom they will)?" (Surah at-Tur: 35-37), it was as if my heart would fly away, that is, burst and come out.
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہمیں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو مغرب کی نماز میں سورۃ الطور پڑھتے سنا جب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماس آیت:”کیا یہ لوگ کسی کے پیدا کیے بغیر ہی پیدا ہو گئے ہیں یا یہ خود پیدا کرنے والے ہیں؟ کیا انھوں نے ہی آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کیا ہے؟ (نہیں) بلکہ یہ لوگ یقین ہی نہیں رکھتے۔ یا کیا ان کے پاس تیرے رب کے خزانے ہیں یا یہ (ان خزانوں کے) داروغہ ہیں (جس کو چاہیں دیں یا نہ دیں)“(سورۃ الطور: 35 -37) پر پہنچے تو قریب تھا کہ میرا دل اڑ جائے یعنی پھٹ کر نکل جائے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1782]
