It is narrated by Hadrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be well pleased with him) who states: Hadrat Umm Haram (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated to me that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) took a nap one day in her house, then woke up smiling. She submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! What makes you smile? He declared: "I was amazed at some people of my Umma who will sail the sea, like kings upon thrones." I submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! Pray to Allah that He make me one of them. He declared: "You are with them." Then he slept and woke up smiling and said likewise two or three times. I submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! Pray to Allah that He make me one of them. He declared: "You are among the first." Then Hadrat 'Ubada bin al-Samit (may Allah be well pleased with him) married her and took her out on an expedition. When she returned, a riding animal was brought for her to mount, but she fell and her neck was broken (and she attained martyrdom).
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، فرماتے ہیں: مجھ سے حضرت اُمّ حرام رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ایک دن ان کے گھر میں قیلولہ فرمایا، پھر بیدار ہوئے اور مسکرا رہے تھے۔ انہوں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ کس بات پر مسکرا رہے ہیں؟ ارشاد فرمایا: "مجھے تعجب ہوا میری اُمت کے لوگوں پر جو سمندر پر سوار ہوں گے بادشاہوں کی طرح تختوں پر بیٹھے۔" میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! اللہ سے دعا فرمائیں کہ مجھے ان میں سے بنا دے۔ ارشاد فرمایا: "تم ان کے ساتھ ہو۔" پھر آپ سو گئے اور بیدار ہوئے تو مسکرا رہے تھے اور اسی طرح دو یا تین بار فرمایا۔ میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! اللہ سے دعا فرمائیں کہ مجھے ان میں سے بنا دے۔ ارشاد فرمایا: "تم پہلے والوں میں سے ہو۔" پھر حضرت عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ان سے نکاح کیا اور انہیں غزوے میں اپنے ساتھ لے کر نکلے۔ جب وہ واپس آئیں تو ان کے لیے سواری لائی گئی کہ اس پر سوار ہوں، وہ گر پڑیں اور ان کی گردن ٹوٹ گئی (اور شہید ہو گئیں)۔
