حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مَرْحُومٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ خَفَّتْ أَزْوَادُ الْقَوْمِ وَأَمْلَقُوا، فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي نَحْرِ إِبِلِهِمْ فَأَذِنَ لَهُمْ، فَلَقِيَهُمْ عُمَرُ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ فَقَالَ مَا بَقَاؤُكُمْ بَعْدَ إِبِلِكُمْ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا بَقَاؤُهُمْ بَعْدَ إِبِلِهِمْ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " نَادِ فِي النَّاسِ فَيَأْتُونَ بِفَضْلِ أَزْوَادِهِمْ ". فَبُسِطَ لِذَلِكَ نِطَعٌ، وَجَعَلُوهُ عَلَى النِّطَعِ. فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَدَعَا وَبَرَّكَ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ دَعَاهُمْ بِأَوْعِيَتِهِمْ فَاحْتَثَى النَّاسُ حَتَّى فَرَغُوا، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ".
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated by Hadrat Salama (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The people's provisions diminished and they fell into hardship. They came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) seeking permission to slaughter their camels. He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) granted permission. On the way, Hadrat Umar (may Allah be well pleased with him) met them and they informed him. Hadrat Umar (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: 'How will you survive after slaughtering your camels?' Then he went to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and submitted: 'O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! If they slaughter their camels, how will they manage?' The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'Announce among the people to bring whatever provisions remain.' A leather sheet was spread and the people placed their remaining provisions upon it. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stood up and supplicated for blessings upon it, then directed everyone to bring their utensils. The people took with both hands until all had received their share. Then the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah and that I am the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت سلمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: لوگوں کا توشہ کم ہو گیا اور وہ تنگی میں آ گئے۔ انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر اونٹ ذبح کرنے کی اجازت چاہی۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اجازت دے دی۔ راستے میں حضرت عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے ملاقات ہوئی تو انہوں نے بتایا۔ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فرمایا: اونٹ ذبح کر لو گے تو پھر تمہارا گزارہ کیسے ہوگا؟ پھر وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! اگر انہوں نے اونٹ ذبح کر لیے تو پھر ان کا کیا بنے گا؟ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: لوگوں میں اعلان کرو کہ جو کچھ بھی توشہ باقی ہو لے آئیں۔ چمڑے کا دسترخوان بچھایا گیا اور لوگوں نے اپنا بچا ہوا توشہ اس پر رکھ دیا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کھڑے ہوئے اور اس میں برکت کی دعا فرمائی، پھر سب لوگوں کو اپنے اپنے برتن لانے کا حکم دیا۔ لوگوں نے دونوں ہاتھوں سے بھر بھر کر لیا، یہاں تک کہ سب نے اپنے حصے لے لیے۔ پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور میں اللہ کا رسول ہوں۔
