حدثنا محمد بن بشار قالَ حَدَّثَنا أبو عامر قالَ حَدَّثَنا إبراهيم بن طهمان عن عبد العزيز بن رفيع عن عبيد بن عمير عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لا يحل قتل مسلم إلا في ثلاث خصال رجل زان محصن فيرجم أو رجل يقتل متعمدا قيقتل به ورجل يخرج من الإسلام فيقتل
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) instructed the believers concerning religious matters. This hadith was transmitted through the chain of az-Zuhri from Urwah (may Allah have mercy upon them).
