وحَدَّثَنا أحمد بن بكار الباهلي حَدَّثَنا عمر بن علي حَدَّثَنا زكريا عن الشَّعْبِي عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال الظهر يركب بنفقته إذا كان مرهونا ويشرب لبن الدر إذا كان مرهونا وعلى الذي يشرب ويركب نفقتهوهذا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن الشَّعْبِي إلا زكريا ورواه الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أنه قال الرهن مركوب ومحلوب ولم يفسره اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال الظهر يركب بنفقته إذا كان مرهونا ويشرب لبن الدر إذا كان مرهونا وعلى الذي يشرب ويركب نفقتهوهذا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن الشَّعْبِي إلا زكريا ورواه الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أنه قال الرهن مركوب ومحلوب ولم يفسره
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ahmad ibn Bakkar al-Bahili narrated to us: Umar ibn Ali narrated to us: Zakariyya narrated to us from ash-Sha'bi from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A riding animal may be ridden at the expense of its maintenance if it is mortgaged, and the milk of a milking animal may be drunk if it is mortgaged. The one who rides and drinks is responsible for its maintenance." This hadith is not known to have been narrated from ash-Sha'bi except by Zakariyya. Al-A'mash narrated it from Abu Salih from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The mortgaged animal is ridden and milked,' but he did not elaborate.
