و حدثنا صالح بن معاذ حدثنا خالد بن عمرو القرشي حدثنا الليث بن سعد عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن أبي قبيل عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ وعبد الله بن عمرو رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا رفعه قال يحمل هذا العلم من كل خلف عدوله ينفون عنه تحريف الغالين وتأويل الجاهلين وانتحال المبطلينوخالد بن عمرو هذا مُنْكَر الحديث قد حدث بأحايث عن الثوري وغيره لم يتابع عليها وهذا مما لم يتابع عليه وإنما ذكرناه لنبين العلة فيه أبو صالح الخوزي
انگریزی ترجمہ
Salih ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, Khalid ibn Amr al-Qurashi narrated to us, al-Layth ibn Sa'd narrated to us from Yazid ibn Abi Habib from Abu Qabil from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) and Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be well pleased with them both), attributed to the Prophet, who said: "This knowledge shall be carried by the just ones of every generation — they shall remove from it the distortions of the extremists, the false interpretations of the ignorant, and the misrepresentations of the liars." Khalid ibn Amr is munkar al-hadith [rejected in hadith]; he has narrated from al-Thawri and others hadiths in which he has not been corroborated, and this is among those. We have mentioned it only to clarify the defect in it.
