حَدَّثَنا رزق الله بن موسى حَدَّثَنا الحَسَن بن بشر حَدَّثَنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ سعيد بن المسيب والحَسَن وعطاء عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لا يزني الزاني حين وهو مؤمن ولا يسرق حين يسرق وهو مؤمن أحسبه قال ولا ينتهب نهبة ذات شرف وهو مؤمنوَهَذَا الحديثُ لا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ قتادة يجمع فيه سعيد بن المسيب والحَسَن وعطاء عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا الحكم بن عبد الملك ولم يكن بالحافظ وحدث عَنْهُ جَمَاعَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَاحْتَمَلُوا حَدِيثَهُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لا يزني الزاني حين وهو مؤمن ولا يسرق حين يسرق وهو مؤمن أحسبه قال ولا ينتهب نهبة ذات شرف وهو مؤمنوَهَذَا الحديثُ لا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ قتادة يجمع فيه سعيد بن المسيب والحَسَن وعطاء عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا الحكم بن عبد الملك ولم يكن بالحافظ وحدث عَنْهُ جَمَاعَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَاحْتَمَلُوا حَدِيثَهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Rizqullah ibn Musa narrated to us, al-Hasan ibn Bishr narrated to us, al-Hakam ibn Abd al-Malik narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, al-Hasan, and Ata', from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «A fornicator does not commit fornication while he is a believer, and a thief does not steal while he is a believer. I believe he said: And he does not snatch a valuable plunder while he is a believer.» This hadith — we do not know anyone who narrated it from Qatadah combining Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, al-Hasan, and Ata' from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) except al-Hakam ibn Abd al-Malik. He was not a precise memorizer, but a group of scholars narrated from him and accepted his hadith.
