حدثنا أبو غسان روح بن حاتم حدثنا عَبْد الله بن غالب حدثنا هشام بن عَبْد الرَّحْمن عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صالحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إذا كان ليلة النصف من شعبان يغفر الله لعباده إلا لمشرك أو مشاحن

Abu Ghassan Rawh ibn Hatim narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Ghalib narrated to us, Hisham ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «On the night of the middle of Sha'ban, Allah forgives His servants, except for a polytheist or one bearing enmity.»
