وحَدَّثَنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَال حَدَّثنا صفوان بن عيسى قَال حَدَّثنا ابن عَجْلان عَن أَبِيه عَن أبي هُرَيرة أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال مثل المهجر إلى الجمعة كمثل من يهدي بدنة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي بقرة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي شاة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي دجاجة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي عصفورا ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي بيضة فإذا خرج الإمام فجلس على المنبر طويت الصحف اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال مثل المهجر إلى الجمعة كمثل من يهدي بدنة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي بقرة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي شاة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي دجاجة ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي عصفورا ثُمَّ مثل من يهدي بيضة فإذا خرج الإمام فجلس على المنبر طويت الصحف
انگریزی ترجمہ
And Amr ibn Ali narrated to us, saying: Safwan ibn Isa narrated to us, saying: Ibn Ajlan narrated to us from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The likeness of one who goes early to Friday prayer is like one who offers a camel, then like one who offers a cow, then like one who offers a sheep, then like one who offers a chicken, then like one who offers a sparrow, then like one who offers an egg. When the imam comes out and sits on the pulpit, the scrolls are folded up."
