كتب إِلَيَّ حمزة بن مالك يخبر عَن عَمِّهِ سفيان بن حَمزة عَن كثير بن زيد عَن الوليد بن رباح عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال الناس دثار والأنصار شعار ولولاَ الهجرة لكنت امْرَءًا من الأنصار ولو سلك الناس واديًا وسلكت الأنصار واديًا لسلكت شعب الأنصار وإنكم ستلقون بعدي أثرة فاصبروا حتى تلقوني على الحوض عراك بن مالك عَن أبي هُرَيرةسليمان بن يسار عن عراك اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال الناس دثار والأنصار شعار ولولاَ الهجرة لكنت امْرَءًا من الأنصار ولو سلك الناس واديًا وسلكت الأنصار واديًا لسلكت شعب الأنصار وإنكم ستلقون بعدي أثرة فاصبروا حتى تلقوني على الحوض عراك بن مالك عَن أبي هُرَيرةسليمان بن يسار عن عراك
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hamzah ibn Malik wrote to me informing me that his uncle Sufyan ibn Hamzah narrated, from Kathir ibn Zayd, from al-Walid ibn Rabah, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «The people are the outer garment and the Ansar are the inner garment. Were it not for the Hijrah, I would have been a man of the Ansar. If the people took one valley and the Ansar took another, I would take the valley of the Ansar.
