وحَدَّثناه أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبدة قَالَ أخبرنا سُفيان عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد وَأَبي سَلَمة عَن أبي هُرَيرة رفعه قال التسبيح للرجال والتصفيق للنساء
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with them) narrated that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Do not acquire knowledge in order to compete with the scholars, nor to argue with the foolish, nor to draw people's attention to yourself. Whoever does that, then the Fire, the Fire!»
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «علم حاصل نہ کرو تاکہ علماء سے مقابلہ کرو، نہ اس لیے کہ جاہلوں سے بحث کرو، اور نہ اس لیے کہ لوگوں کی توجہ اپنی طرف کھینچو۔ جس نے ایسا کیا تو آگ، آگ!»
