حَدَّثنا أحمد بن عَبدة قال أَخْبَرَنَا سُفيان عَن عَمْرو عَن عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا نعمة الله كفرا وأحلوا قومهم دار البوار قَالَ هُمْ كُفَّارُ قُرَيْشٍ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍوَإِنَّمَا ذَكَرْنَا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَإن لَمْ نَذْكُرْ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فِيهِ شَيْئًا لأَنَّا لا نَحْفَظُ هَذَا الْكَلامُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم رَوَاهُ صَحَابِيٌّ فَذَكَرْنَاهُ مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ahmad ibn Abdah narrated to us, he said: Sufyan informed us, from Amr, from Ata, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), regarding the saying of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted: 'Have you not seen those who exchanged the favor of Allah for disbelief and settled their people in the abode of ruin?' [14:28] He said: They are the disbelievers of Quraysh, the people of Makkah, who were killed on the day of Badr. We mentioned this hadith even though we did not mention anything from the Prophet in it, because we do not know this wording from the Prophet; a Companion narrated it, so we mentioned it for that reason.
