حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونِ قَالَ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ غُضَيْفِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَضَعَ الْحَقَّ عَلَى لِسَانِ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ بِهِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَضَعَ الْحَقَّ عَلَى لِسَانِ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ بِهِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and 'Amr ibn 'Ali narrated to us, they said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from Makhul, from Ghudayf ibn al-Harith, who said: Abu Dharr said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Indeed Allah the Blessed and Exalted has placed the truth upon the tongue of 'Umar, and he speaks by it." This narration - we do not know it to be narrated from Abu Dharr except through this chain.
