Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us, he said: my father narrated to me, from Qatadah, from Abdullah ibn Shaqiq, who said: I came to Madinah and there was a man standing on black sacks, saying: Shall I not give glad tidings to the possessors of treasures of branding on their foreheads and sides? They said: This is Abu Dharr, the Companion of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
