حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ قَالَ نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ قَالَ نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا مَاتَ الْعَبْدُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ شَرًّا وَيَقُولُ النَّاسُ خَيْرًا قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِمَلَائِكَتِهِ قَدْ قَبِلْتُ شَهَادَةَ عِبَادِي عَلَى عَبْدِي وَغَفَرْتُ لَهُ عِلْمِي فِيهِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا مَاتَ الْعَبْدُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ شَرًّا وَيَقُولُ النَّاسُ خَيْرًا قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِمَلَائِكَتِهِ قَدْ قَبِلْتُ شَهَادَةَ عِبَادِي عَلَى عَبْدِي وَغَفَرْتُ لَهُ عِلْمِي فِيهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibrahim ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Junayd narrated to us, he said: Sulayman ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Qushayri narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amir ibn Rabi'ah, from his father, may Allah be well pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said: "When a servant dies and Allah knows evil about him, but the people speak well of him, Allah the Almighty says to His angels: 'I have accepted the testimony of My servants regarding My servant, and I have forgiven him despite what I know about him.'"
