حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعِ قَالَ نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثَ بْنِ ثُرْمُلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, he said: Yunus ibn Ubayd narrated to us, from al-Hakam ibn al-A'raj, from al-Ash'ath ibn Thurmulah, from Abu Bakrah, may Allah be well pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever kills a person under covenant without just cause, Allah has forbidden Paradise for him and its fragrance."
