وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ لَمْ يُرِحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ وَلَهُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ طُرُقٌ وَعُيَيْنَةَ حَدَّثَ عَنْهُ شُعْبَةُ وَغَيْرُهُ بَصْرِيُّ مَعْرُوفٌ مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ لَمْ يُرِحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ وَلَهُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ طُرُقٌ وَعُيَيْنَةَ حَدَّثَ عَنْهُ شُعْبَةُ وَغَيْرُهُ بَصْرِيُّ مَعْرُوفٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
And the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever kills a person with whom there is a covenant, without just cause, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise." This hadith - we do not know anyone who narrates it from the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, except Abu Bakrah. It has multiple routes from Abu Bakrah. Uyaynah - Shu'bah and others narrated from him; he is a well-known Basran.
