حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ نَا عِمْرَانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَلَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ إِلَّا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَلَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ إِلَّا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Amr ibn Ali narrated to us, they said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Imran narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, may Allah be well pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said: "Fast upon sighting it [the new moon] and break your fast upon sighting it, and if it is obscured from you, then complete the count." He said: And the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, said: "The month is like this, and this, and this." This hadith, we do not know it to be narrated from Abu Bakrah except through this route, and no one narrated it from Qatadah except Imran al-Qattan.
