أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ زُهْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ مَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَدَعَا لَهُ وَهُوَ صَغِيرٌ قَالَ فَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هِشَامٍ يُضَحِّي بِالْأُضْحِيَةِ الْوَاحِدَةِ عَنْ جَمَاعَةَ أَهْلِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Muqri' narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn Abi Ayyub narrated to us from Zuhrah ibn Ma'bad from his grandfather Abdullah ibn Hisham — and the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had wiped over his head and supplicated for him when he was young — he said: Abdullah ibn Hisham used to sacrifice a single animal on behalf of all his family members.
