وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِمَّا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَمَا سُقِيَ بَعْلًا الْعُشْرَ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالدَّوَالِي فَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ بِإِسْنَادٍ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
And al-Hasan ibn 'Affan informed us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam informed us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash said, from 'Asim, from Abu Wa'il, from Masruq, from Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me to Yemen and ordered me to take from what the sky waters and what is rain-fed, one-tenth; and from what is irrigated by water-wheels, one-half of one-tenth.
