حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ نا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ قَالَ نا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ أَحْسَبُهُ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ كُنَّا نُعَلَّمُ الِاسْتِخَارَةَ كَمَا نُعَلَّمُ السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ: «فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَلْيَقُلْ:
انگریزی ترجمہ
Al-Fadl ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, he said: al-Haytham ibn Jamil narrated to us, he said: Mubarak ibn Fadalah narrated to us, from Asim — I think from Zirr — from Abdullah, who said: We used to be taught the istikhara prayer just as we were taught a surah from the Quran: «When one of you intends a matter, let him say [the istikhara supplication].»
