وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ نا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ قَالَ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ زَمَانٌ تَغْبِطُونَ فِيهِ الرَّجُلَ بِخِفَّةِ الْحَاذِ كَمَا تَغْبِطُونَهُ الْيَوْمَ بِكَثْرَةِ الْمَالِ وَالْوَلَدِ حَتَّى يَمُرَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِقَبْرِ أَخِيهِ فَيَتَمَعَّكُ كَمَا تَتَمَعَّكُ الدَّابَّةُ وَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي مَكَانَكَ مَا بِهِ حُبُّ شَوْقٍ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا عَمِلٌ صَالِحٌ قَدْمَهُ إِلَّا لِمَا نَزَلَ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ زَمَانٌ تَغْبِطُونَ فِيهِ الرَّجُلَ بِخِفَّةِ الْحَاذِ كَمَا تَغْبِطُونَهُ الْيَوْمَ بِكَثْرَةِ الْمَالِ وَالْوَلَدِ حَتَّى يَمُرَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِقَبْرِ أَخِيهِ فَيَتَمَعَّكُ كَمَا تَتَمَعَّكُ الدَّابَّةُ وَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي مَكَانَكَ مَا بِهِ حُبُّ شَوْقٍ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا عَمِلٌ صَالِحٌ قَدْمَهُ إِلَّا لِمَا نَزَلَ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Abu Wa'il, from Abdullah, who said: A man asked the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): What is the greatest sin with Allah? He said: «That you make for Allah an equal while He created you.» He said: Then what? He said: «That you kill your child for fear that he will eat with you.» He said: Then what? He said: «That you commit adultery with the wife of your neighbor.» Then Allah, Mighty and Majestic, revealed in confirmation of that: 'And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity, and do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse' [Quran 25:68].
