أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ أنبا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ ثنا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ ثنا أَبَانُ ثنا يَحْيَى أَنَّ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ شَهِدَ الْمَنْحَرَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ هُوَ وَرَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَ فَقَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ ضَحَايَا فَلَمْ يُصِبْهُ وَلَا صَاحِبَهُ قَالَ فَحَلَقَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَأْسَهُ فِي ثَوْبِهِ فَأَعْطَاهُ فَقَسَّمَ مِنْهُ عَلَى رِجَالٍ وَقَلَّمَ أَظْفَارَهُ فَأَعْطَى صَاحِبَهُ فَإِنْهُ عِنْدَنَا لَمَخْضُوبٌ بِالْحِنَّاءِ وَالْكَتَمِ تَابَعَهُ مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ أَبَانَ وَالْخِضَابُ مِنْ عِنْدِهِمْ لِكَيْلَا يَتَغَيَّرَ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Zayd narrated that his father witnessed the slaughtering place with the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) distributed sacrificial animals among his companions, but neither he nor his companion received any. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) shaved his head into his garment and gave it to him. He distributed some of it to men and trimmed his nails and gave them to his companion. 'We still have some, dyed with henna and katam.'
