أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدُوسٍ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ حَدَّثَتْنَا عَائِشَةُ بِنْتُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ؓ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِنَّا نَغْزُو وَنُجَاهِدُ مَعَكُمْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَكِنَّ أَحْسَنَ الْجِهَادِ وَأَفْضَلَهُ الْحَجُّ حَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَلَا أَدَعُ الْحَجَّ أَبَدًا بَعْدَ إِذْ سَمِعْتُ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Aisha, the Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her), said: 'I said to the Prophet (peace be upon him): Shall we not go out for battle and jihad with you? The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: But the best and most excellent jihad is the Hajj - a Hajj mabrur (accepted Hajj). Aisha said: I shall never abandon the Hajj after hearing this from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).'
