وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا زُهَيْرٌ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ لِي بَادِيَةً أَكُونُ فِيهَا وَأَنَا أُصَلِّي فِيهَا بِحَمْدِ اللهِ فَمُرْنِي بِلَيْلَةٍ أَنْزِلُهَا إِلَى هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ انْزِلْ لَيْلَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ فَقُلْتُ لِابْنِهِ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ أَبُوكَ يَصْنَعُ؟ قَالَ كَانَ يَدْخُلُ الْمَسْجِدَ إِذَا صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ فَلَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ لِحَاجَةٍ حَتَّى يصَلِّيَ الصُّبْحَ فَإِذَا صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ وَجَدَ دَابَّتَهِ عَلَى بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهَا فَلَحِقَ بِبَادِيَتِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
The son of 'Abdullah ibn Unays al-Juhani reported from his father who said: 'I said: O Messenger of Allah, I have a place in the desert where I stay, and I pray there, praise be to Allah. So command me with a night to come down to this mosque.' He said: 'Come down on the night of the twenty-third.' I said to his son: 'What did your father used to do?' He said: 'He would enter the mosque when he prayed the 'Asr prayer and would not leave it for any need until he prayed the Fajr prayer. When he prayed Fajr, he would find his riding animal at the door of the mosque, mount it, and return to his desert.'
