أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ فِيمَا قَرَأَ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَعْتَكِفُ الْعَشْرَ الْوَسَطَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَاعْتَكَفَ عَامًا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ إِحْدَى وَعِشْرِينَ وَهِيَ اللَّيْلَةُ الَّتِي يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا مِنَ اعْتِكَافِهِ قَالَ مَنِ اعْتَكَفَ مَعِي فَلْيَعْتَكِفِ الْعَشْرَ الْأَوَاخِرَ وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةَ ثُمَّ أُنْسِيتُهَا وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي أَسْجُدُ صَبِيحَتَهَا فِي مَاءٍ وَطِينٍ فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ وَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي كُلِّ وِتْرٍ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَمَطَرَتْ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةُ وَكَانَ الْمَسْجِدُ عَلَى عَرِيشٍ فَوُكِفَ الْمَسْجِدُ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَأَبْصَرَتْ عَيْنَايَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَلَى جَبْهَتِهِ وَأَنْفِهِ أَثَرُ الْمَاءِ وَالطِّينِ صَبِيحَةَ إِحْدَى وَعِشْرِينَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id reported: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to observe i'tikaf during the middle ten days of Ramadan. One year he observed i'tikaf until the night of the twenty-first — the night on which he would normally leave his i'tikaf — and he said: Whoever observed i'tikaf with me should continue i'tikaf for the last ten days. I have been shown this night but was then made to forget it. I saw myself prostrating the next morning in water and mud. So seek it in the last ten nights, and seek it in every odd night.' Abu Sa'id said: 'It rained that night, and the mosque had a thatched roof, so the mosque leaked. My eyes saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) with traces of water and mud on his forehead and nose on the morning of the twenty-first.'
