وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَا أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّعْدِيُّ أنبأ رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ الزَّيَّاتِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ لَهُ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ صَوْمِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلَا يَرْفُثْ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَلَا يَسْخَبْ فَإِنْ سَابَّهُ أَحَدٌ أَوْ قَاتَلَهُ فَلْيَقُلْ إِنِّي امْرُؤٌ صَائِمٌ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ وَلِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ يَفْرَحُ بِهِمَا إِذَا أَفْطَرَ فَرِحَ بِفِطْرِهِ وَإِذَا لَقِيَ رَبَّهُ فَرِحَ بِصَوْمِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah the Exalted said: Every deed of the son of Adam is for him except fasting, for it is for Me and I will reward for it. Fasting is a shield. When one of you is fasting, let him not use obscene language on that day nor raise his voice. If someone insults or fights him, let him say: I am a fasting person. By the One in Whose hand is Muhammad's soul, the breath of the fasting person is more pleasant to Allah on the Day of Resurrection than the scent of musk. The fasting person has two joys: when he breaks his fast, he rejoices in his breaking; and when he meets his Lord, he rejoices in his fasting.'
