أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي أنبأ حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ سَمِعَاهُ مِنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يُخْبِرُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ 7646 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan al-Qadi informed us... from Abu Hurayrah who reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: 'An animal's injury is without liability, a well is without liability, a mine is without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is the fifth.' 7646: Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us with a similar narration through Sufyan.
