أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ أنبأ جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَأَشَارَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِكَفِّهِ بِخَمْسِ أَصَابِعَ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَزَادَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَلَيْسَ فِي الْعَرَايَا صَدَقَةٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ يَرْوِي حَدِيثَ الْأَوَاقِ وَالْأَوْسَاقِ وَالْأَذْوَادِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ فَيُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ تَكُونَ هَذِهِ الزِّيَادَةُ مَعَهَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Salih ibn Abi Tahir narrated to us... from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri who said: I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say - and the Prophet (peace be upon him) gestured with his hand with five fingers - 'There is no charity on less than five awaq (ounces of silver), no charity on less than five awsuq (measures of dates), and no charity on less than five dhud (camels).' He added from the Prophet (peace be upon him) in this hadith: 'And there is no charity on the 'araya (gifted trees).' From Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban. The Shaykh said: Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban narrates the hadith of the awaq, awsuq, and dhud from Yahya ibn 'Umarah from Abu Sa'id, so it is possible that this addition is part of the same hadith.
