أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرْبِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُظَفَّرٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سَمِعَ الرَّعْدَ وَالصَّوَاعِقَ قَالَ اللهُمَّ لَا تَقْتُلْنَا بِغَضَبِكَ وَلَا تُهْلِكْنَا بِعَذَابِكَ وَعَافِنَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Husayn ibn al-Fadl al-Qattan narrated to us in Baghdad... from Salim ibn Abdullah, from his father [Ibn Umar] who said: Whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) heard thunder and thunderbolts, he would say: 'O Allah, do not kill us with Your anger, do not destroy us with Your punishment, and grant us safety before that.'
