أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ السُّنَّةِ فِي الِاسْتِسْقَاءِ فَقَالَ مِثْلُ السُّنَّةِ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَسْتَسْقِي فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ وَكَبَّرَ فِيهِمَا ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ تَكْبِيرَةً سَبْعًا فِي الْأُولَى وَخَمْسًا فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَجَهَرَ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَخَطَبَ وَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَسْقَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ هَذَا غَيْرُ قَوِيٍّ وَهُوَ بِمَا قَبْلَهُ مِنَ الشَّوَاهِدِ يَقْوَى
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith the jurist narrated to us... from Talhah ibn Abdullah ibn Awf who said: I asked Ibn Abbas about the practice of the rain prayer. He said: It is like the practice of the two Eids. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went out seeking rain and prayed two units without adhan or iqamah. He said twelve takbirs in them - seven in the first and five in the last. He recited aloud. Then he left, delivered a sermon, faced the qiblah, reversed his cloak, and sought rain. Muhammad ibn Abd al-Aziz is not strong, but it is strengthened by the preceding corroborating narrations.
