حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَرْمَوِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ النَّسَوِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ثُمَّ الْخَطْمِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَوْجَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ قَالَ كَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ فِي عَهْدِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَبِهَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَسَجْدَتَيْنِ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ قَالَ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ عُثْمَانُ فَدَخَلَ دَارَهُ وَجَلَسَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ إِلَى حُجْرَةِ عَائِشَةَ وَجَلَسْنَا إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِالصَّلَاةِ عِنْدَ كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ وَالْقَمَرِ فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ قَدْ أَصَابَهُمَا فَافْزَعُوا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّهَا إِنْ كَانَتِ الَّتِي تَحْذَرُونَ كَانَتْ وَأَنْتُمْ عَلَى غَيْرِ غَفْلَةٍ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ كُنْتُمْ قَدْ أَصَبْتُمْ خَيْرًا أَوِ اكْتَسَبْتُمُوهُ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Muhammad al-Armawi narrated to us... from Abu Shurayh al-Khuza'i who said: The sun eclipsed during the time of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) in Madinah, and Abdullah ibn Mas'ud was there. Uthman went out and prayed that prayer with the people - two units of prayer with two prostrations in each unit. Then Uthman departed and entered his house. Abdullah ibn Mas'ud sat by the chamber of Aisha, and we sat with him. He said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to command prayer at the eclipse of the sun and moon. When you see that they have been affected, hasten to prayer, for if it is what you fear, it will come while you are not heedless, and if it is not, then you will have attained goodness or earned it.' Abu Khaythamah Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated it similarly from Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim ibn Sa'd.
