أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَو عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ فَقَالَ بَعَثَ رَسُو��ُ اللهِ ﷺ جَيْشًا إِلَى أُكَيْدِرِ دَوْمَةَ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِ بِجُبَّةٍ مِنْ دِيبَاجٍ مَنْسُوجٍ بِالذَّهَبِ فَلَبِسَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ يَمْسَحُونَهَا وَيَنْظُرُونَ إِلَيْهَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَتَعْجَبُونَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْجُبَّةِ؟ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا رَأَيْنَا ثَوْبًا قَطُّ أَحْسَنَ مِنْهُ قَالَ فَوَاللهِ لَمَنَادِيلُ سَعْدٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَحْسَنُ مِمَّا تَرَوْنَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Muhammad Abdullah ibn Yusuf al-Asbahani informed us... Waqid ibn Amr ibn Sa'd ibn Mu'adh said: I visited Anas ibn Malik who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) sent an army to Ukaydir of Dumah. He sent him a cloak of brocade woven with gold. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) wore it, and the people began touching it and looking at it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Are you amazed by this cloak? They said: O Messenger of Allah, we have never seen a garment more beautiful than it. He said: By Allah, the handkerchiefs of Sa'd in Paradise are more beautiful than what you see.
